Report a serious incident or suspicion
For us at Djurönäset, it is of the utmost importance to actively combat corruption, legal and environmental violations, harassment, and discrimination. Therefore, you can easily report any concerning situations to us by using the “Whistlebox”. We appreciate your help!
Whistleblower Act
This includes crimes such as:
- Violation of confidentiality
- Severe environmental crimes
- Major security breaches
- Very serious forms of discrimination
- Misuse of financial resources
- Theft
- Fraud
- Corruption
- Accounting offenses
- Embezzlement
- Forgery
- Bribery
- Public procurement
- Money laundering
- Conflict of interest
Content
The content of the report is important to us, so please be as detailed as possible. It should include:
- What the report is about
- Who or what is involved
- Where the incident occurred
- When the incident occurred
- If it was a one-time event or if the problem is ongoing or recurring
- If there are documents supporting the case
- If the whistleblower is aware of any attempts to cover up the violation
- The reporter is protected from reprisals and remains completely anonymous when reporting.
Report is made via Whistlebox, which handles the report completely anonymously. Feedback that the case has been received will be given within 7 days and feedback on the action taken will be provided within 3 months.
It is important that each report is well-considered and sincere, and no false accusations are made.
The case is stored securely and for as long as deemed necessary, not exceeding 2 years after the case is closed.
