Handling of personal data
Djurönäset cares about your personal integrity and strives to protect your personal data in the best way possible. This policy outlines our provisions regarding the collection and processing of personal data. Djurönäset undertakes to respect and protect such information and your personal integrity in accordance with applicable Swedish legislation. By accepting our terms, you agree that we use your personal data in this way. We will not share your personal data with partners or third parties for commercial purposes. In short, we never store more personal data than is necessary to fulfill a contract, for you to take advantage of offers, or for billing purposes. All data is securely stored and never longer than necessary. You always have the “right to be forgotten” by contacting us and asking us to remove you from our systems.

What data we process
We only handle the information that is necessary and only by the people who need it, in order to provide the best service to our customers.

How the information is collected
You provide information yourself when contacting Djurönäset. Inquiries and booking of rooms or tables on the internet, phone contact, via web forms, email, etc.
In group bookings where you provide us with personal data about persons other than yourself, you are responsible for ensuring that Djurönäset processes the personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.

Why we process
Djurönäset collects this personal data about you as a customer and stakeholder in order to provide offers, fulfill obligations to you according to agreements. It is necessary for us to be able to identify you, for statistical purposes, and for direct marketing (which you can opt out of). The personal data collected when ordering is needed to process an order or an agreement and possibly for invoicing. We also process the data to send evaluations and conduct follow-ups that you consent to.

Who we share personal data with
Djurönäset will not sell or share your personal data with third parties unless we have permission to do so or if legal requirements demand it.
In some cases, we may use a data processor who is hired by us for marketing purposes or to handle agreements and orders.
This applies, for example, to:

BookVisit – online bookings
Loopon – guest surveys
Bizwizard – newsletters
In these cases, we have entered into an agreement with the data processor to ensure that there are security measures in place to protect your data.

How long we keep
Djurönäset keeps personal data about you as a customer for as long as there is a customer relationship or it is necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless other Swedish or European law, court or authority says otherwise. Your data may be stored based on a balance of interests. How long your personal data is stored with us varies depending on the purpose for which it was collected. Personal data processed for invoicing is kept for as long as it is required as a basis for accounting.

What rights you have
As a customer of Djurönäset, you have several rights that you should be aware of. From May 25, 2018, you have the right to have all data that can be used to identify you personally removed. This applies to data that can be used to identify you as a person. De-identified, non-personal information about bookings, sales, and activities is not included, as these may be kept for statistical purposes and in some cases for accounting rules and reporting obligations.

You have the right to have your personal data corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete. You have the right to be forgotten, but deletion of personal data cannot occur if it is required to fulfill the agreement or if other Swedish or European law, court, or authority decision says otherwise. You also have the right to withdraw consent and to opt out of direct marketing.

Once per calendar year, you can request free of charge to know which of your personal data we handle. Your written request should be sent to the address below and must be signed by you personally.

Personal data breach
If Djurönäset experiences a data breach or an accidental loss of personal data occurs, the data controller will document the incident and report it to the Data Inspectorate and affected customers within 72 hours.
