For smaller conferences, we recommend either the E-salen, which can accommodate up to 35 people in cinema seating, or the “Kilen” which can accommodate up to 40 people in cinema seating (see furniture proposal). If you need conference rooms for up to 70 people, we recommend the meetinng room “A-sal” which accommodates this number in cinema seating

In the same building as the conference rooms, there are two more conference rooms, five group rooms and a large living room with a fireplace. Coffee is served in the common room and when it’s time for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you take a short walk to the restaurant in the main building.

Upgraded Meeting Technology – June 2025

Technical specification:

Equipped with a 98” 4K display, with a camera positioned above that automatically frames all participants in the room. The room includes both handheld and headset microphones. Audio is transmitted through the room’s speakers and into any active stream during, for example, a video or hybrid meeting. Connection is made via a USB-C cable, which also charges your laptop.

On both sides of the display, there are glass whiteboards.
