We all look forward to many long pleasurable hours; slowly walking from the dry hot sauna to the beautiful, relatively cool Saunarium and the more demanding misty steam room. In between, a refreshing shower experience.

For those of you who want to take the opportunity to work out, there is a gym with cross-trainers, exercise bikes, rowing machines, and free weights.
