Theme Calypso
You feel the pulse, heat and atmosphere straight away. It dazzles colour: red, yellow and green with fragrances from the West Indies spread across the room. Ceilings and walls are draped in fabric. Sun chairs, barrels and palms surround you. A bar with reed roofing and twinkling lights. Floral leis, sunhats and more can also be arranged. The Calypso band play oil barrels while you have your welcome drink, followed by a salsa band playing covers from the 50-90’s: mambo, bossanova, meringue, disco and salsa naturally.

Theme Western
A prairie landscape, with its wide open spaces, opens up to reveal cactuses, abandoned cart-wheels and a weather-beaten sign. Where the prairie ends the township begins and the worn-out facades lead you towards the saloon. You enter by slamming open the swing doors and are greeted by a bar hewn out of rough cut planks of wood. In the background there is a horse cart, saddle, posters, barrels and more… and a mechanical bull which guarantees to throw you off. A Country & Western band plays all night along with a show and line-dancing lessons.

Theme Archipelago
In the background you can hear the seagulls scream, and smell the sent of tar from the jetty. Boathouses in long rows are hung with drying nets. The soft glow of the streetlights reveals a few old benches. Drinks are served from the cabin of an old fishing boat, to the sound of a genuine accordion. The décor consists of scenes, boathouses, boat parts, herring barrels, nets, fabric, fishing gear, signs, buoys, old tools and more. Later in the evening a covers band plays everything from rock to Evert Taube.

Imagine yourself dressed in an evening gown or tuxedo, with a martini in reach. The roulette ball is circling and in the background you can hear the rattle of the one armed bandits. Through the general buzz the tunes of Frank Sinatra can be heard. The room is draped in elegant, dark blue fabrics and glittering draperies. The chandelier sparkles. The casino with black jack, roulette, one armed bandits and ‘real’ croupiers is open. A small band plays during the welcoming drink and the special event dinner is accompanied by a dazzling show.

Theme Viking
Harald Hårfagre, Sven Tveskägg and you…
Gjallar horns sound and we are transported hundreds of years back in time. Dressed in traditional Viking outfits and helmets we move around among the animal skins, wood platters and mead barrels. By the long table in the hall or outside in a tent (during summer), a traditional feast of whole roasted pig or lamb is served. This evening is the perfect complement to the ‘Viking games’ – a team activity in true Viking spirit.

Theme People’s Park
Cry no more tears for my sake…
Small stands with tombola, a lottery, dart throwing and candy floss – you’ll find everything that belongs to an authentic ‘people’s park’ here. The beat from the dance band travels through the birch leaves and all you need to do is ask someone to dance and float out onto the dance floor. The evening is still young and it is long before the ‘last dance’. A little bit more excitement? Combine the evening with a five event competition among the stands. However, fistfights are strictly forbidden – or we will call the Värmdö police!
