A guest lecturer or artist can inspire participants and make a great meeting even better. Even if a meeting is going well, it’s always good to take a break and have a short time-out to clear thoughts and maybe have a laugh. A guest speaker can bring useful ideas and introduce new perspectives – as well as provide a change from listening to the boss! Participants also appreciate that you have committed extra resources for their enjoyment.
