Description

Almost out to the open sea, as far as you can go by car, is where you will find Djurönäset. On your way here you will pass Stavnäs, the islands Möja and Sandö, and the well known town of Sandhamn. Towards the mainland lies Bullandö followed by Värmdö – where Gustavsberg is the main township. Djurönäset is situated on the southern part of Djurö, so we have an entire peninsula at our sole disposal. Our closest neighbour to the north is the coastguard. We have water frontage in three directions, with cliffs and flat rock coastline to the east and south, and a sandy beach in the west. We have sun throughout the entire day and enjoy wonderful sunsets by the boathouse.

The entire property is set in the woods in virtually untouched, environmentally protected, archipelago forest. We are one of very few facilities to have both a terrain course and nature path in our own backyard. We also have a tennis and boule court as well as a football pitch. Djurnäset’s seven buildings – our conference buildings – are carefully scattered across the area. It is really only from the air that you can make out that activities are held here. Many of our guests say that this must be heaven on earth and it’s hard to believe that you are just 40km from the heart of Stockholm.
