Head chef
Head chef at Djurönäset's restaurant and a fifth generation archipelago native from Djurö.
Our chef and head of purchasing is originally from Nacka and left the restaurants of Stockholm to join us in 1994. Peter has been a chef for 32 years.
Eva, our baker/pastry chef, was born and raised on Djurö and has sole charge of the bakery. Prior to joining us she worked in the family patisserie established by her grandparents.
