Exhibition painting
In order to hold an exhibition we must first create a painting; individually or as a group. Under expert guidance we use different techniques to fill the blank canvas. The subject is up to you, and can also be decided in advance and tied in with the theme of the conference, the company’s vision or product. As a finale we admire the results in an exhibition.

Balance and harmony
Qigong is an ancient form of exercise and involves breathing and harmonic movements to activate ‘qi’, the life energy. Through calm, soothing movements you improve flexibility and experience a feeling of inner calm and balance. It is used as a daily exercise and to increase flexibility in muscles and joints. Qigong can be effective in treating a range of ailments, including headaches, dizziness, fibromyalgi pain, stress and insomnia.

Djurönäset Challenge
This challenge involves cooperation, planning, coordination and initiative. To solve as many of the tasks and challenges as possible one must have fun and a lot of will-power. In addition to the tasks themselves, you are supplied with a backpack that includes tools, a map and a schedule. Clues are hidden throughout the area which must be located in order to progress. There is something here for everyone but no one knows everything. This activity can be tailored according to your needs and requests.

Music quiz
A stimulating quiz based on artists, songs and recording dates, interspersed with singing competitions and sing-a-longs. The almighty referee also acts as an inspirational song leader, to lead you through a musical journey. Many teams compete for points and a prize awaits the winners, who naturally also get the honour of singing a song.

Movie time
The goal is to receive the coveted Oscar statuette. After a very believable film-shoot, the teams’ short movies (about a pre-determined topic) are edited by expert editors. During dinner it’s time to compete and to hopefully walk up on stage as one of the many winners. This special event is held by a professional and entertaining M.C and is a memorable team activity that involves learning and a lot of fun.

Soap box derby car or raft building
You are split into groups of 5-7 to build a raft or soap box derby car. Each group is given an identical station with tools and building materials. You have an hour to build a craft which looks good, goes fast, and has clever details and a great name. When all groups have finished building there is a showroom to present your creations before finishing the activity with a big race!

Clay pigeon shooting with lasers
The advantage of shooting clay pigeons with a laser is that many more people can take part at the same time and you can create a fantastic team spirit. It’s also possible to shoot in the dark or even indoors with lasers.

Abseiling and climbing
To master a vertical wall is a real challenge. To be hoisted down from a ledge is not as difficult as it looks and to climb up a rock face is easier than many anticipate. You choose the level of difficulty, the guides supply you with the highest security and safety. An exhilarating experience guaranteed.

Bow and arrow shooting
Shooting with a bow and arrow in hand - just like in the stone ages. Then it was deadly serious, today it is a relaxing activity which is pretty easy to master. The challenge becomes greater when one shoots at realistic 3-dimentional animal targets in the woods and along a hunting path. A fun outdoors experience which everyone can enjoy.

Multi sport
This event is what you make of it. The aim is to become the total champion over four different events, but it is the team that wins and everyone in the group must cross the finish line to win. Build group dynamics through team work, experience nature and have a great adventure. The four events are climbing, mountain biking, orienteering and paddling.

Team building
To succeed in the team building exercises it is necessary to cooperate and communicate in an effective way. The purpose of these activities is to get to know each other better and increase the understanding and ability to work together as a team; new skills which can be transferred to the workplace. The group is going to solve different practical and challenging problems which build team spirit and provide a lot of laughs. All activities are developed in consultation with our clients.

Fire walking
Push yourself to the limit. Walking over glowing charcoals is an ancient rite that has existed in many cultures. You are given a thorough run through, practice and focus session in a calm and detailed way, to prepare you to push your personal limits and walk across 800 degree hot coals. This is a powerful experience which many remember for life.

Catapult building
For those of you who have already tackled the soap box derby car and raft building challenge, increase your creativity further with more problem solving. In teams, your aim is to build the catapult which shoots the furthest and with the best precision: a task which requires a little bit more problem solving and cooperation. Naturally we finish the task with a competition to give you the chance to demonstrate the effectiveness of your creation.
