Beer, whisky, avec & snaps tasting

Do you know the difference between over- and under-fermented beer? What does a beer made out of wheat malt or barley malt taste like? What is brewers' wort strength? And what is special about a trapist beer? Many questions and at least as many flavours. If you have never sampled the different flavours and quality of whisky, it is a true experience to be guided through the drink’s history and production all the way through to the judgment of your tastebuds.

What do you like the best: an exclusive cognac, an armaniac or a calvados? Are there any alternatives? What do the Italians, Greeks or Chileans drink after dinner? Are there other snaps than Skåne, Besk and Aalborg? Like wine, snaps can be a gastronomic choice, and we also teach you how to spice your own.

Snaps tasting

The combination of snaps, food and song is a Swedish tradition that has been passed down through the generations. Sure we know the different flavours of snaps, but what spices are used and how have the different blends come about? We taste a minimum of three different snaps, learn about the history and sing two songs connected to each drink. Choose to taste during your entrée or throughout dinner. We make sure you will be inspired to spice your own snaps.
