The wine
The wine list consists of selected wines of high quality with a variety of organically grown varieties. The organic range is now so large that it is possible to find suitable wines to most dishes and occasions. Since the purpose of the drink is to share an experience with others, we give the advise to reduce the quantity and instead increase the quality.

All wines are selected together with Vinovativa who import wines from small producers worldwide. Vinovativas winemakers produce regional wine by taking advantage of the full potential of the local grapes and the unique conditions for that specific vineyard. We want to convey the feeling, taste and awareness of the wine.

Wine cellar
The wine cellar is relatively new to Djurönäset despite it being located in a cellar from the 1800’s. We store some of the most exclusive wines here, such as Chateau Leoville Poyferre of Saint Emilion from the Bordeaux district or the fantastic Champagne Bonville Grand Cru Millesime Blanc de Blanc.

When booking a conference or banquet in Seregard/ Seregården on Djurönäset you will find the wine cellar a few metres away. You can then take a sommelier there and get help to select the best wine for the food you have ordered. Of course you can visit the wine cellar regardless of where you are staying at Djurönäset, it might just be a bit further for you to walk.

The tasting
To attend a wine tasting session with a knowledgeable sommelier is a special experience. Regardless of how much prior knowledge you have of the world of wines it is always exciting to gain more. There is a lot to discover about the differences between the grapes and how they are affected due to the area they come from and grow in. Although it is probably most exciting to try the wine alongside food and experience the change made when they hit your palate.
